Job Profile:

Should be able to attract maximum pool of candidates

Search and screening job applications utilizing various tools wherein social media is a mandate

Create job postings and upload them online, social media and the related tools

Browse social networking sites for suitable job profiles with required skills

Attend job fairs and other events and to search right talent for required job opening

Travel to various locations to find the right candidate for the job

Zero delay in hiring candidates

Adhere to the approval process of selected candidates

Prepare offer letters and should be able to negotiate notice period and compensation

Follow up with the candidate till their joining

Networking with industry professionals and employment agencies who may know suitable candidates

Should be able to co-ordinate with Field HR and Admin team and other departments for compilation of recruitments and confirmation of joining of the candidate

Branch visit

HR and Admin Activities

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly data and maintain the required MIS

Employee bureau, Functional and HR ref check and maintain the MIS

Job Profile:

Should be able to attract maximum pool of candidates

Conduct walk-in drives with foot falls not less than 50

Attend job fairs and other events and to search right talent for required job opening

Travel to various locations to find the right candidate for the job

Zero delay in hiring candidates

Adhere to the approval process of selected candidates

Prepare offer letters and should be able to negotiate notice period and compensation

Follow up with the candidate till their joining

Networking with industry professionals and employment agencies who may know suitable candidates
